We are consultants for Pet-iD Horse Passports and can answer any queries you may have about the new passport legislation.  This came into force on 1 July 2009 and the main impact of the legislation is that all horses which do not already have a passport must be microchipped before a passport can be issued.  Microchipping must be done by a vet.
